The Business Analyst Specialist will support the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) function by analyzing risk data, developing dashboards and management reports, monitoring third-party performance, and identifying opportunities to strengthen governance and reporting processes.

Formación

• 3+ years in Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) or enterprise risk management.
• 5+ years hands-on Microsoft Excel experience (XLOOKUP, IF, Pivot Tables, charts).
• Experience with OneTrust or a comparable TPRM platform.
• Proficiency with Tableau, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, and Adobe.
• Experience developing management reports, dashboards, and executive presentations from complex data.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and data interpretation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze third-party risk governance requirements and support risk management initiatives.
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze enterprise risk data for reporting and decision-making.
• Develop and maintain quarterly dashboards, management reports, and executive presentations.
• Monitor third-party risk exposure, residual risks, and performance assessments.
• Review third-party watchlists and identify emerging risks or areas requiring attention.
• Translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve reporting accuracy and governance processes.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and data analytics tools to enhance reporting and operational efficiency.
