Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• At least 5 years’ experience applying Lean in a global, matrix organization.
• 8+ years in business operations, with 5+ years in lean or operations leadership.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations and transactional leaders to prioritize and solve problems.
• Lead TPM deployment including maintenance and reliability programs.
• Coach Daily Management, genba walks, and Kaizen coaching cycles.
• Champion kaizen events and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop team members to build lean capabilities and KPIs.
• Deliver HK breakthrough objectives through structured planning.
• Bridge operations and transactional teams to standard practices.
• Deploy new best-practice capability across functions.
• Embrace lean and digital tools to improve satisfaction.
