Job summary

GE Aerospace seeks a TPM Transformation Leader to drive Lean and TPM deployment across Lynn Operations and DES & Lynn Quality. You will coach leaders, lead kaizen events, and implement Daily Management and Hoshin Kanri to achieve breakthrough improvements.

The role requires 5+ years of Lean experience in a global matrix and offers substantial bonus potential. Up to 25% travel is expected with a strong focus on continuous improvement and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• At least 5 years’ experience applying Lean in a global, matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead TPM deployment and maintenance planning in collaboration with Lynn Operations.
• Coach and facilitate Daily Management, Kaizen events, and problem-solving cycles.
• Drive Hoshin Kanri priorities and KPI alignment to achieve step-change improvements.
• Bridge operations and transactional teams to standardize FLIGHT DECK and TPM practices.
• Promote lean, digital tools and prioritization to boost performance and satisfaction.
