Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking a TPM & Integrated Transformer Management (ITM) System Leader to drive operational excellence in our North America Hub. This role involves leading TPM deployment, championing continuous improvement, and optimizing maintenance KPIs across our facilities. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's in engineering or business with over 10 years of experience in Lean systems and manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Lean systems, continuous improvement, manufacturing, or TPM.
• Experience implementing recognized operating systems like TPS, DBS, HOS.
• Proven track record delivering measurable improvements, including OEE gains.

Responsibilities

• Lead TPM deployment and strengthen equipment reliability.
• Facilitate KPI development and Kaizen planning.
• Champion waste elimination through Lean daily management.
