Qualifications

• 10+ years in Lean systems, continuous improvement, manufacturing, engineering or TPM deployment.
• Experience implementing recognized operating systems like TPS, DBS, or HOS.
• Hands-on experience with CMMS and maintenance KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead TPM deployment and strengthen equipment reliability across NAM sites.
• Facilitate KPI development and Kaizen planning.
• Champion waste elimination through Lean management practices.
• Drive ITM maturity assessments and implement improvement actions.
• Optimize maintenance KPIs and mentor teams.
• Train teams in ITM, TPM, and improvement methods.
