Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Lean systems, continuous improvement, manufacturing, engineering, or process improvement.
• Exposure to major Lean systems (Toyota, Danaher, Honeywell, etc.) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support development and deployment of the Integrated Transformer Management (ITM) System.
• Partner across functions to advance Lean maturity and daily management systems.
• Champion a continuous improvement culture focused on waste elimination.
• Lead and facilitate Kaizen events and process excellence initiatives.
• Drive optimization of key performance indicators using ITM tools and methods.
