Job summary

Owens Corning in Aiken, SC seeks a TPM Leader to drive Total Productive Maintenance deployment in the Nonwovens plant. You will lead safety excellence, coach teams, and coordinate global, regional, and plant goals with strong change-management skills.

You will develop and implement TPM strategies, monitor progress, and report results while partnering with plant and functional leaders to eliminate losses and improve productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ Years experience in TPM deployment and leadership in a manufacturing operation.
• Experience developing strategic plans and execution against those plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety excellence and drive a zero-incident culture.
• Lead TPM deployment and mentor teams to adopt TPM methodologies.
• Deploy TPM strategy and drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Identify losses and develop TPM-based productivity improvements across the plant.
