Job summary

Continental General is seeking a Contracts Attorney in Austin, TX to draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements for our TPA and administrator relationships. This full-time, hybrid role covers end-to-end contracting from intake to execution and ongoing risk management.

You will partner with Compliance, Operations, IT/Security, and business stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance, data privacy, licensing, and auditing provisions are addressed, while delivering under tight timelines.

Qualifications

• JD required or equivalent experience in contract law.
• Experience drafting and negotiating TPA/administrator agreements desirable.
• Ability to handle high-volume contracting and RFP responses under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate TPA and administrator agreements and related exhibits.
• Own end-to-end contracting process from intake to execution.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Operations, IT/Security, and other stakeholders to address risk and regulatory requirements.
• Lead responses to RFIs/RFPs and due diligence questionnaires.
• Identify and mitigate legal and business risks in contracts and vendor agreements.
