Continental General is seeking a Contracts Attorney in its Legal Department with a focus on TPA and administrator contracting. The role is full-time and exempt, offering a hybrid schedule with three days in the office and no remote option.

You will draft, review, and negotiate TPA/administrator agreements and related documents across insurance-related contracts. You will lead end-to-end contracting processes, collaborate with Compliance, IT/Security, and Operations, and ensure regulatory and

Qualifikationen

• Strong contract drafting, review, and negotiation skills; experience with insurance TPA/administrator agreements preferred.
• Experience with RFP/RFI processes and coordinating cross-functional input under deadlines.
• Ability to clearly communicate with attorneys and non-attorneys alike.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and update TPA contract templates, due diligence materials, and RFP response materials.
• Draft, review, and negotiate TPA and administrator agreements and related exhibits (data security, HIPAA BAAs, SLAs).
• Manage end-to-end TPA contracting process from intake to execution and post-signature tracking.
• Lead responses to RFIs and RFPs involving TPA relationships, coordinating input from Compliance, IT/Security, and Operations.
• Draft and negotiate other commercial agreements (vendor, procurement, real estate) as needed to support the department.
• Identify and address contract risks including licensing, audit rights, indemnification, and data security provisions.
