Job summary

Swickard Toyota of Edmonds is hiring a Shop Foreman to lead the Technician Services team in a high-volume service operation. You will oversee daily workflow, mentor technicians, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining Toyota standards and training programs.

The role requires 5+ years in dealership service with strong diagnostic depth and leadership ability. Competitive salary and benefits offered in Edmonds, WA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dealership technician experience.
• Strong Toyota diagnostic knowledge is a plus.
• Clear communicator and mentor for the team.
• Toyota Techstream and dealer DMS familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily shop workflow from the floor including repair orders and productivity tracking.
• Serve as primary technical resource for complex repairs and quality control before guest vehicles return.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and mentorship to technicians of all levels.
• Own technician training and development, coordinating Toyota manufacturer training and certifications.
• Monitor efficiency, comeback rates and quality metrics to implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with Toyota standards, warranty procedures and manufacturer requirements.
