Job summary

MDB-T in Smithfield, RI is seeking a Certified Automotive Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and service vehicles to dealership and factory standards.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of achieving goals as an A or B level Technician.
• Automotive education or equivalent work experience.
• Brand specific and/or ASE certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform all warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostic, maintenance and repair work with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory standards
• Obtain a high level of customer satisfaction as a result of personal work habits and skill
• Complete all jobs correctly and on time for every service visit
• Maintain the highest levels of quality and pride in what you do
• Have a desire for your income to increase with your production
• Keep work area clean and in accordance with standards of safety and proper disposal of waste
