Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on Toyota vehicles to factory standards.
• Write clear repair orders with Concern/Cause/Correction.
• Conduct multi-point inspections and recommend needed work to the service advisor.
• Follow Toyota warranty and recall procedures.
• Keep bay clean, safe, and organized.
• Communicate with advisors and shop leadership to ensure first-time fixes.

What You'll Do

Who We're Looking For

• Experience required: at least 2 years as a technician in a dealership or independent shop. This is not an entry-level role.
• Maintenance / Pro: dealership or independent shop experience with brakes, suspension, electrical, and drivability.
• Master / Master Diagnostic: Toyota certified (or other OEM certified) with strong diagnostic skills and a proven flat‑rate track record.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Your own full professional tool set.
