Experience levels vary; Master Techs may receive a $500 demo allowance and a Christmas bonus. The position pays $20–$39 per hour with weekly pay and a full benefits package including insurance and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn the Toyota systems and maintenance procedures.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
• Entry level tools acceptable or full professional tool set for experienced techs.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on Toyota vehicles to factory standards.
• Write clear, accurate service notes on each repair order.
• Conduct multi-point inspections and recommend needed work to the service advisor.
• Follow Toyota warranty and recall procedures.
• Keep the work bay clean, safe, and organized.
• Communicate with advisors and leadership to ensure guest satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Perform multi-point inspections and recommend needed work to your service advisor.
• Follow Toyota warranty and recall procedures.
• Keep your bay clean, safe, and organized.
• Communicate with advisors and shop leadership so every guest leaves with their car fixed right the first time.

Who We're Looking For (All Levels Welcome)

• Express / Entry Level: mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and ready to start a Toyota career. Tech school or T-TEN grads encouraged.
• Maintenance / Pro: dealership or independent shop experience with brakes, suspension, electrical, and drivability.
• Master / Master Diagnostic: Toyota certified (or other OEM certified) with strong diagnostic skills and a proven flat-rate track record.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Your own basic hand tools (entry level) or a full professional tool set (experienced).
• A positive attitude and pride in your work.
