TheService Porter plays an important role in creating a positive guest experience by welcoming customers, safely moving vehicles, and helping maintain a clean, comfortable, and inviting service department.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guest with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Assist guest as they arrive for service and help direct them to the appropriate service advisor.
• Safely move and park customer vehicles.
• Retrieve vehicles for guests when their service is complete.
• Make coffee and ensure the guest drink station is clean, stocked, and presentable.
• Keep the service drive, customer lounge, and other assigned ares clean and organized.
• Empty trash, wipe down surfaces, and maintain a neat appearance throughout the day.
• Help create a positive and welcoming experience for every guest.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
