Job summary

Lexus of Shreveport is seeking a friendly Service Porter to join our service team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, keeps areas clean, and wants to be part of a professional dealership environment.

You will greet guests, direct them to the service advisor, safely move and park vehicles, and retrieve cars when service is complete. You’ll also help maintain a neat guest lounge and service drive, and contribute to a welcoming, attentive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Dependable and punctual with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guest with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Assist guest as they arrive for service and help direct them to the appropriate service advisor.
• Safely move and park customer vehicles.
• Retrieve vehicles for guests when their service is complete.
• Make coffee and ensure the guest drink station is clean, stocked, and presentable.
• Keep the service drive, customer lounge, and other assigned areas clean and organized.
• Empty trash, wipe down surfaces, and maintain a neat appearance throughout the day.
• Help create a positive and welcoming experience for every guest.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
