Job summary

Kendall Toyota of Bend is seeking a Service Appointment Coordinator to act as the friendly voice of the service department. You will handle inbound calls, schedule service and recalls, and follow up with customers to ensure they feel well taken care of.

The role requires excellent communication, the ability to stay calm with frustrated customers, and a strong work pace, with up to 30 calls per hour on busy days. Training is provided and growth opportunities exist.
