Job summary

Midlands Toyota, part of the Hudson Automotive Group, is seeking experienced automotive technicians to join a high-volume service team in a climate-controlled, well-equipped shop. Earn $70,000–$120,000+ annually, with a new compensation structure featuring up to $40 per flat rate hour (FRH) based on Toyota certifications and experience, plus production bonuses and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Toyota/Lexus experience preferred.
• 2-5 years automotive technician experience required.
• Ability to perform diagnostics and repairs efficiently.
• Adherence to safety and compliance protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance on vehicles according to dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and diagnose systems using diagnostic tools.
• Communicate with service advisor and customers about needed work and estimates.
• Maintain tools and shop area, ensuring safety and cleanliness.
• Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training and keep up with bulletins.
