East Coast Toyota in New Jersey is seeking mid-level or master automotive technicians to support ongoing growth in a high-volume, state-of-the-art service facility.

Compensation is productivity-based with no cap; earn $85,000–$150,000+ annually depending on experience, certifications, and hours produced. This role emphasizes independence, accuracy, and commitment to Toyota standards; training and advancement opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Proven automotive technician experience at mid-level or master level.
• ASE Certifications preferred.
• Toyota Certification strongly preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume shop.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Toyota vehicles to factory and dealership standards.
• Perform mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic repairs efficiently.
• Maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and productivity.
• Accurately document work performed on repair orders.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Work within a fair dispatch system to maximize technician efficiency.
• Stay current with Toyota systems, tools, and evolving technology.
