Job summary

Michael's Toyota of Bellevue is seeking a Master Level Toyota Technician to join our high-volume service team in Bellevue, WA. This on-site role reports to the Service Manager and Shop Supervisor and offers a flat rate pay structure starting at $38 per hour, with pay depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• ASE and manufacturer certifications are required.
• Prior automotive repair experience is required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, observing Lithia and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose cause of malfunction.
• Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
• Document work performed on repair orders, record test procedures and time, per company procedures.
• Provide and maintain an inventory of normal mechanics tools.

Pay: Pay starts at $38 flat rate or above depending on experience. Schedule: To be discussed at interview. This position is located onsite in Bellevue WA and reports to the Service Manager and Shop Supervisor.

We provide built-in toolboxes to all techs (we do not provide hand tools). Tools and tool vouchers provided to entry level technicians. Shop pays for completed and passed ASEs. What You'll Do

What You'll Bring

• Prior automotive repair experience required.
• We require ASE and manufacturer certifications.
• A team player who is focused on providing outstanding customer service.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation. Flat rate pay range of $38-$42 per flagged hour. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
