Qualifications

• JD required and bar admission in good standing (IL).
• Missouri licensure preferred.
• Toxic Tort/Products Liability experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research, analysis, and interpretation of legal sources.
• Independently manage a litigation caseload from inception to resolution.
• Monitor case files to ensure deadlines are met.
• Assist with document review and analysis.
• Conduct depositions and attend court hearings.
