Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Litigation Associate for its St. Louis or Southern Illinois office, focusing on toxic tort, asbestos, and related product liability matters. The role offers hybrid work options after onboarding and requires a Missouri and/or Illinois law license.

The successful candidate will manage cases from inception through discovery and trial preparation, attend depositions and hearings, and draft motions and client reports. A JD and bar admission in MO or IL are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation experience in toxic tort, asbestos, pharmaceutical, medical device matters, or commercial litigation.
• Extensive experience with witness, party, and expert depositions preferred.
• Superior analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from inception through discovery and trial preparation.
• Attend depositions, settlement conferences, and other hearings.
• Prepare motions, discovery responses, and client reports.
• Assist in trial preparation, including strategy, discovery, records review, client interviews, and witness preparation.
