TSMC Arizona is seeking a highly motivated professional to support our Toxic Gas Monitoring Systems (GMS). You will install, maintain, and troubleshoot GMS equipment, contributing to safety and operations in our facility.

You will collaborate with the Emergency Response Team during alarm events and ensure compliance with safety standards. This on-site role at our Phoenix, AZ facility offers hands-on growth in a fast-paced semiconductor environment, with opportunities to advance in safety

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4–5 years of technical proficiency with GMS monitoring equipment and systems.
• 4 years of experience with safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
• 4–5 years hands-on experience with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of GMS equipment.

Responsabilidades

• System maintenance and troubleshooting of GMS equipment, including detectors, alarms, and control systems.
• Emergency Response Team support during alarm events, providing technical assistance to identify and resolve issues.
• Adherence to safety policies and protocols (JHA, LOTO, PPE) and compliance with OSHA/NFPA standards.
• Conduct daily rounds, safety inspections, record readings, and monitor online gas/chemical systems.
• Maintain up-to-date procedures and documentation; perform audits to support safety and quality initiatives.
• Drive quality and cost-saving improvements by analyzing safety data and participating in CI projects.
