Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field with experience.
• 7+ years construction management experience or 5 years with related degrees.
• Experience in residential townhome/condo projects preferred.
• OSHA-30 Certification; PMP/ CCM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise subcontractors during build and verify progress daily.
• Plan and manage activities to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Review invoices and approve PO’s; resolve construction issues promptly.
• Coordinate permits, inspections, and safety training on site.
