Trivium Packaging in Youngstown, OH is seeking a shipping and receiving team member responsible for unloading and loading products to meet customer requests. The role involves operating a tow motor during the shifts, with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency in a manufacturing warehouse environment.

You will inspect the tow motor, follow BOM paperwork, place materials correctly, and assist operators by retrieving raw materials.

Formación

• Previous experience operating a tow motor.
• Knowledge of HazMat cleanup and safety.
• Previous experience loading and unloading trucks preferred.
• Time management and problem-solving skills.
• Must be a team player with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50-55 lbs and sit on tow motor or walk/stand on concrete.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• Loading and unloading trucks.
• Conduct tow motor inspections before and after shift and report issues.
• Put received materials in correct location.
• Banding and wrapping skids.
• Understand BOM and paperwork to ensure loading procedures meet specs.
• Retrieve raw materials for operators.
• Operate a scan gun to retrieve products and move to correct spot.
• Authority to stop and modify work processes due to non-conformance or unsafe conditions.
• Report potential food safety concerns to the quality assurance manager.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
