Responsibilities include directing tow operations, planning daily resource needs, monitoring costs, building a reliable tow driver network, and ensuring accurate paperwork for pickups and deliveries while adhering

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience and 1+ year of direct dispatch.

Responsibilities

• Direct activities related to towing operations and on-time performance.
• Manage tow truck resources and assign work efficiently.
• Plan daily resource requirements and coordinate with towers.
• Identify when demand exceeds capacity and refer to part-time networks.
• Monitor transportation costs and identify cost savings.
• Recruit new towers to expand towing networks.
• Provide documentation to drivers for pickups and deliveries.
• Monitor work-in-progress and ensure timely performance.
• Identify and elevate issues related to transportation activities to management.
• Establish and maintain relationships with the IAA Transportation team.
• Maintain good working relationships with tow drivers.
• Review transportation reports and Time Performance metrics.
• Comply with safety guidelines and company policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
