B.H. Inc. (BHI) is hiring a Tower Technician I to install, maintain, and repair telecom equipment across Utah and Idaho. This full-time, entry-level role offers hands-on training, regional travel, and a strong support network.

You will join a field crew, tackle outdoor work at heights, and adapt to a travel-heavy schedule that keeps you close to family on weekends. EOE. Training provided, housing and per diem arrangements included.

Job Title: Tower Technician I Location: Utah & Idaho (Regional Travel Required) Position Type: Full-Time Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 / hour (Depending on Experience) + Weekly Pay

A Day in the Life

As a Tower Technician I, you will work as part of a close-knit field crew to install, maintain, and repair telecommunications equipment for major networks. This is a high-adrenaline, physical outdoor position.

Qualifications

You do not need prior telecom experience, but you must be comfortable with the lifestyle:

• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• This role requires 100% travel during the workweek across Utah and Idaho. You must love a lifestyle on the road and be comfortable working at extreme heights.
• Telecom schedules change rapidly due to weather or critical project deadlines. You must be willing and flexible to work occasional weekends when the job demands it.
