B.H. Inc. (BHI) is hiring a Tower Technician I to install, maintain, and repair telecommunications equipment across regional assignments in Utah and Idaho.

The role is full-time with travel, outdoor work, and a physical pace in a live field environment. A Day in the Life

As a Tower Technician I, you will work as part of a close‑knit field crew to install, maintain, and repair telecommunications equipment for major networks. This is a high‑adrenaline, physical outdoor position.

You do not need prior telecom experience, but you must be comfortable with the lifestyle:

• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• This role requires 100% travel during the workweek across Utah and Idaho. You must love a lifestyle on the road and be comfortable working at extreme heights.
• Telecom schedules change rapidly due to weather or critical project deadlines. You must be willing and flexible to work occasional weekends when the job demands it.
