Job summary

Mountain Wireless, serving the Denver metro area, seeks a hands-on Tower Technician to assist in erection, construction and maintenance of wireless towers in Aurora, CO and surrounding areas. You will perform up-top work, install antennas, cabling and RRUs, and ensure safety and quality documentation.

No prior experience is required; training will be provided. You must be able to climb, work outdoors in all weather, pass background/drug screening, and have a valid driver's license (a plus).

Qualifications

• No specific experience required; training provided.
• Must be able to climb and work at heights.
• Ability to read and understand drawings is beneficial.
• Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist in erection, construction, and maintenance of wireless towers.
• Perform up-top equipment installation (masts, antennas, cabling, RRUs).
• Support grounding, terminations, and safety procedures.
• Maintain daily tool inventory and keep site documentation up to date.

Education

High School diploma or GED; trade school preferred
