Job summary

ONE WAY WIRELESS CONSTRUCTION LLC is seeking Tower Technicians to join our crew in Kansas. We provide paid training and travel opportunities, with safe, hands-on work outdoors at heights.

You'll climb towers 50–700 feet to install or upgrade wireless gear, rig equipment, and follow carrier standards. Travel may be required throughout the Midwest; must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to pass DOT, drug, and background checks.

Qualifications

• Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Able to travel throughout the Midwest and away from home during the week.
• Comfortable with heights and physically capable of the work.
• Valid driver's license and basic hand tools experience.
• Ability to pass DOT physical, drug test, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Climb towers 50-700 feet to install, repair, or upgrade wireless equipment.
• Rig ropes, mounting antennas, radios, and running fiber and RF jumpers.
• Follow site-specific build plans and carrier standards.
• Document your work with photos and help keep job sites clean and safe.
• Communicate clearly with your crew and support newer team members when needed.
• Work Monday-Friday, with possible travel throughout the Midwest.
