The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of tower experience and a High School Degree. Competitive compensation of $21-$24 per hour and excellent benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of tower experience.
• Ability to read and carry out instructions.
• Possession of NWSA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and operate telecommunications equipment.
• Climb towers and conduct antenna installations.
• Serve as a mentor to new technicians.
