Earthcom Inc. in Williamston, MI, is seeking motivated Cell Tower Technicians to join our Lansing-area team. No prior experience required; we provide training and growth opportunities, with travel to towers across Michigan.

Climb towers up to 200+ feet and work at heights, with accommodations for safety and certification where applicable. We offer competitive pay starting at $22 per hour based on experience, plus potential for rapid advancement after a 90-day training period.

Qualifications

• Willing to climb towers/structures and work at heights over 200 feet.
• Tower climbing certifications are a plus.
• First-Aid- CPR/RF/OSHA 10 / Fiber Testing (OTDR) preferred.
• Frequent travel out of town with hotel and per diem provided.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
