Job summary

Day Wireless Systems is seeking a Tower Technician for its Tower Construction department. The role covers tower builds, deconstructions, antenna and line installations, and grounding across multiple sites, with climbing required.

Travel up to 75% of the time may be necessary. A high school diploma or GED plus 1–2 years related experience is expected. CDL and climbing certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1–2 years related experience or equivalent.
• Willingness to climb towers and work at heights.
• Experience with hand and power tools; basic construction skills.
• Valid driver’s license preferred; climbing/certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan crew schedule, site access, and parts orders.
• Climb towers to install antennas, dishes, and cables.
• Build and deconstruct towers.
• Dig trenches for grounding to standards including ground rods and welding.
• Travel up to 75% of the time may be necessary.
