Job summary

Capstone Solutions, Inc. is looking for mid-level Tower Technicians in the greater Kent/Seattle area. Responsibilities include installing and repairing telecommunications equipment and climbing towers for maintenance tasks.

The ideal candidates must be able to work at heights, have a good work ethic, and be reliable. Competitive benefits including paid time off and excellent health insurance are offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to work at heights up to 500’.
• Ability to work outside of normal business hours, including nights and weekends.
• Self-starter with the desire to learn and retain new knowledge.
• Must pass preliminary drug screening and background checks.
• Able to lift, carry, push, pull 75+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Install, remove, configure and make repairs to telecommunications equipment.
• Climb towers and other structures to install and repair systems.
• Operate electronic test equipment including cable testers.
• Read Scope of Work (SOW) documents and delivers project outcomes.
