You’ll prepare the caulking materials needed to help the team meet daily production goals. The ideal candidate can read and follow batch tickets accurately and work well in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and mix product components according to batch forms.
• Verify weights and measurements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with training team members.
• Communicate with supervisors and collaborate with departments.
• Lift and move 50 lbs. or more.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Prior operator/manufacturing experience.
• Ability to tolerate heat while wearing protective equipment.
