Job summary

Timberline Communications Inc. is hiring for field telecom roles in the Northeast region. You will work outdoors on rooftop and site installs, perform fiber, PIM testing, and equipment terminations. Climbing to heights and using hand tools are required, with travel across New England and occasional New York projects.

We value safety, precision, and teamwork. A valid driver’s license and a DOT medical card are mandatory as you support diverse telecom builds and upgrades.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physically demanding work outdoors.
• Ability to climb heights up to 100+ feet.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and DOT medical card.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, Fiber, and PIM testing experience required.
• Experience installing, terminating, and testing all aspects of a wireless communication site.
• Knowledge of grounding specifications.
• Connector installation by all manufacturers.
• Antenna mounting and setting azimuth, RET installs.
• Must be able to climb heights up to 100'+.
• Must have basic hand tools.
• Must work well with others.
• Willingness to travel regionally (30 - 50% throughout New England and occasional projects in New York).
