Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple crews, mentoring and training junior team members
• Manage multiple sites simultaneously
• Perform general construction tasks for small cell sites, including site layout, excavation, foundation, wiring, and equipment installation
• Operate boom trucks, cranes, and rigging equipment safely
• Test, analyze, and troubleshoot wireless network equipment and systems
• Maintain safety standards and ensure quality workmanship
• Manage supplies and equipment, maintain logs and reports
• Develop a positive company image and provide excellent customer service
• Adhere to all safety, driving, and industry standards

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 4-8 years of relevant experience
• Valid driver's license with insurable MVR
• Ability to travel extensively across the U.S.
• Experience with wireless telecommunications site construction, fiber optics, coax, LTE, and 5G preferred
• Certifications in PIM, Sweep, OSHA safety are a plus
• Strong leadership and communication skills
