Responsibilities

• Pull deployment schedules and site details into multiple software platforms.
• Answer live calls from field technicians and guide setup steps.
• Remotely set and adjust camera views for proper site coverage.
• Define detection and alerting zones for each tower.
• Test alarms and zones before sign-off to ensure operation.
• Record and cross-reference deployment data across systems.
• Repeat deployment cycle ~12–20 times per day with accuracy.
• Flag equipment issues beyond basic setup to senior technicians.
