Responsibilities

• Sanitize towers every two hours and operate in manual/auto modes.
• Perform accurate inventory of cheese bags and break down tower during CIP.
• Safely handle, measure, mix, and dispose of CIP chemicals per SDS and procedures.
• Follow GMP in ready-to-eat areas and comply with safety regulations.
• Read, write, and follow English instructions; maintain accuracy and safety.
