Job summary

ABM is seeking a Tower Coordinator to monitor and coordinate all aircraft cabin cleaning activity at the airport. This frontline role dispatches cleaning agents, tracks service requests, and provides guidance to ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and on time.

The position requires climbing multiple flights of stairs and effective communication with coworkers, airport personnel, and service teams. Shift is 3rd shift, Friday to Monday, 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM EST, with a pay rate of $20.00

Job description

The Tower Coordinator is a frontline, hands‑on position responsible for monitoring and coordinating all aircraft cabin cleaning activity at the airport. This role supports daily operations by dispatching cabin cleaning agents, tracking service requests, and providing guidance to ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and on time. This is an active role that requires frequent and full stair‑climbing to access aircraft and work areas. You must be able to climb multiple flights of stairs. The position also requires the ability to communicate effectively and maintain a professional manner at all times while working with coworkers, airport personnel, and service teams.

Shift: 3rd Shift 9:00PM - 7:00AM EST Friday - Monday

Compensation: $20.00 per hour pay rate
