Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a production support associate in Idaho to join a hands-on manufacturing team. You will help meet production goals, set up and monitor all production parameters, review shift plans, and conduct safety checks.

Qualifications

• 2 years of tower/coating experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient computer skills and experience with manufacturing software.
• Experience with inventory systems such as PeopleSoft, SAP and Oracle.
• Ability to use measuring tools such as micrometers.
• Forklift certification and strong mechanical aptitude.
• Solid math skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Function as part of a team to meet production goals.
• Set up and monitor all manufacturing parameters for production.
• Review work schedule/order for shift and conduct safety check.
• Measure and gauge dispersion of material for product performance.
• Utilize overhead crane and other lifting/moving devices.
• Perform and record all in-process inspection/testing.
• Assure sufficient raw material base for production.
• Communicate with departments regarding product quality issues.
• Perform cycle counting for inventory accuracy.
• Participate in training of new employees.
