Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Previous experience with chemical processing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process parts in tanks according to specifications, work orders, and production requirements.
• Calculate appropriate processing times for parts.
• Remove parts from tanks after specified time, rinse, and immerse in baths to complete processing.
• Complete required documentation per company and process guidelines.
• Assist line activities alongside Line Operator II to optimize throughput.
• Record processing data on work orders.
• Evaluate and log preventative maintenance on processing lines.
• Ensure proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
• Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE.
