Job summary

The United States Border Patrol (USBP) within CBP/DHS seeks highly qualified specialists to support logistics, warehouse operations, and tower climbing for the Southwest Field Office. The role covers asset and property management, deployment and sustainment, and fleet coordination in Tucson, AZ.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree, 5+ years related experience, tower climbing certification (or able to certify), OSHA/ANSI standards knowledge, and pass a DHS background check.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years related experience.
• Minimum 3 years as a tower climber/worker performing maintenance and installation.
• OSHA Regulations and ANSI/TIA Standards certification or ability to certify.
• Comtrain Competent Climber/Rescuer or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Tower climbing inspections per TIA 222-G; validate work by vendors at height.
• Oversee warehouse logistics: receipt, storage, distribution, inventory and safety compliance.
• Support Local Property Officer duties in SAP and asset accountability.
• Provide asset management across lifecycle: acquisition, maintenance, disposition.
• Plan and monitor deployments, civil build-outs and sustainment operations.
• Escort duties, cargo security, forklift support, and vehicle transport.
