Job summary

LMI seeks a QA/QC Tower Climber to support CBP operations in Tucson, AZ. You will perform deployment and sustainment oversight, QA/QC inspections, and field observations on tower-based systems.

Candidate must hold a tower climb certification, have experience with TI A-222-G standards, coordinate with vendors and CBP stakeholders, and travel as needed. On-site role at CBP facilities; U.S. citizenship required for security clearance.

Qualifications

• Tower climb certification required at competent level or above.
• Experience performing tower climbing and inspection activities.
• Ability to complete tower inspections in accordance with TIA-222-G standards.
• Experience inspecting and validating telecommunications, surveillance, or related tower-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide deployment and sustainment oversight to ensure work meets requirements and program objectives.
• Perform QA/QC activities, including audits and inspections of deployed systems.
• Conduct detailed field observations and verify compliance with safety and technical standards.
• Prepare daily reports with observations, issues, and recommended actions, including photographic documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, CBP stakeholders, and team leads to capture and communicate findings.
