Job summary

CI² Aviation seeks an experienced Air Traffic Controller to manage safe, orderly flow in a VFR airport tower. You will apply IFR/VFR separation standards, coordinate with adjacent sectors, and ensure timely takeoffs and landings.

The role requires at least 2 years in ATC, CTO and Class II Medical Certificates, and a CTO with facility rating. You will work under tower management and must pass DOT/FAA drug testing. This is a full-time position in Fayetteville, AR with training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Air Traffic Controller.
• Current CTO Certificate and a Class II Medical Certificate.
• CTO with facility rating for at least two years in an ATC Tower.
• Subject to DOT/FAA drug and/or alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate departures to ensure safe sequencing and equitable handling.
• Determine takeoff times and routing after departure.
• Sequence arrivals and manage IFR/VFR traffic with standard separation.
• Assign runways and manage simultaneous runway use when applicable.
• Coordinate with other controllers for arrivals and departures.
• Provide on-the-job training to others.
