Job summary

CI² Aviation, Inc. in Fort Bliss, Texas seeks experienced Air Traffic Controllers to support non-approach control tower operations at Biggs Army Airfield. Controllers will be dedicated to the ATC Tower and will not rotate to the AIC.

The role covers issuing clearances, coordinating movement-area traffic, and maintaining flight data. A valid CTO/ATCS credential and an active security clearance are required before starting, with training leading to facility rating by contract completion.

Qualifications

• Three years of Army fixed-base ATC tower operational experience.
• Previous tower rating obtained before employment.
• Current, valid CTO certificate or ATCS card before starting work.
• Credential documentation: AC Form 8060-1, CTO Certificate, FAA Form 7220-1 as applicable.
• CTO and medical certification in place by indoctrination phase.
• Ability to achieve Biggs facility rating/certification by training end.
• Maintain Army Class IV flight physical standards.

Responsibilities

• Issue instructions and clearances to ensure proper separation under tower control.
• Direct safe movement of aircraft, vehicles, and pedestrians on the airfield.
• Receive, post, and relay flight data and operational messages.
• Assist with facility operations as directed.
• Complete controller training and achieve facility rating at Biggs ATC by training end.
• Maintain professional certifications and required position currency.
