CI² Aviation seeks an experienced Air Traffic Control Site Manager to lead personnel, oversee daily contract performance, and support safe aviation operations at Fort Bliss, Texas.

The role requires clear communication, sound judgment, and accountability to government stakeholders. On-site duties and security clearances are key, with contingencies tied to contract award and fulfillment.

Qualifications

• At least 12 years of Army ATC/AIC operational experience.
• At least 8 years of management or supervisory experience in Army ATC/AIC operations.
• A facility rating and ability to maintain required currency.
• U.S. citizenship.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• Ability to work on-site at Fort Bliss.

Responsabilités

• Represent CI² Aviation as the government's primary contact for daily contract execution.
• Oversee ATC system readiness, currency, and required ATC/AIC training and rating programs.
• Ensure records associated with aircraft accidents, emergencies, and violations are collected and protected.
• Participate in daily 8:00 a.m. coordination meetings covering missions, exercises, and safety concerns.
• Maintain an emergency standby roster supporting facility activation within two hours of notification.
• Arrange written designation of an alternate manager within five days of contract performance beginning.
• Communicate operational priorities, address performance concerns, and coordinate solutions with company leadership.
• Support compliance with applicable federal, state, Army, installation, safety, and security requirements.
