Job summary

Hilco Vision seeks a Packaging Operator for its Fairfield, Ohio facility. You will monitor production of pre-moistened towelettes, inspect quality, and hand-pack products according to Hilco Vision standards.

The role requires lifting 20–40 lbs, standing for long periods, and adherence to safety and PPE rules. Experience in manufacturing and basic computer use are preferred, with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related production experience.
• Read, write, speak and understand English to comprehend specification sheets and quality sheets.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods while performing repetitive motions.
• Commitment to safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor machine production for pre-moistened towelette wipes and folding boxes for each job.
• Visually inspect finished products for leaks, alignment, artwork and defects.
• Verify weight of finished product to ensure correct liquid application and pack counts.
• Refer to order specification sheets to ensure proper packing, labeling and information accuracy.
• Perform other department and job-related duties as assigned.
