Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to dispatch calls for towing and roadside service.

• Perform basic roadside services such as jump starts and tire changes.

Responsibilities

• Respond to dispatch calls for towing and roadside service
• Safely load, secure, transport, and unload vehicles
• Perform basic roadside services such as jump starts, tire changes, and lockouts
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip truck inspections
• Update job information and notes in Towbook
• Communicate professionally with customers and dispatch
• Keep truck, tools, and equipment clean and ready for service
• Follow company safety procedures and towing policies

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Basic mechanical or automotive knowledge
• Ability to work on-call, including nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work outdoors and in roadside conditions
• Towing or roadside experience preferred
• CDL preferred, but not required

Commission-based and/or per-job pay based on experience and company policy
