Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional towing or related driving experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean or near-clean record.
• Strong understanding of DOT/safety regulations and securement best practices.
• Calm, problem-solving mindset under pressure.
• Excellent communication and a customer-first attitude.
• Flexibility to work overnights/weekends/rotating shifts.
• Professional appearance and team-player mentality.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tow truck (wrecker or flatbed) for impounds, recoveries and breakdowns.
• Interact directly with customers.
• Deliver exceptional service representing Elite with professionalism.
• Perform daily inspections and keep truck clean and stocked.
• Document tows and service calls in dispatch systems (Towbook).
• Be ready to adapt day or night, rain or shine.

Pay Range: $45,000–$70,000 per year

🔧 What You'll Do

• Safely operate a tow truck (wrecker or flatbed) for impounds, recoveries, and breakdowns
