Responsibilities

• Operate light-duty tow trucks safely and efficiently.
• Respond to roadside assistance and towing calls.
• Load, transport, and unload vehicles safely.
• Communicate with dispatch, customers, and law enforcement.
• Complete digital paperwork and service documentation.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and routine checks.
